The hotel went above and beyond to help me after myself trying to change the booking several times. Due to different circumstances. However It was lovely and clean and spacious. The room I initially was given was a double room, but I asked them if they could give me a twin room. For myself and my son. They met this with no fuss and simply swapped the rooms for me. The bedroom was lovely and had all the facilities needed for a one night stay. The air conditioning and heating was easy to use as both myself and my son were cold and then warm, during the night. But overall everything was lovely. The beds were also comfy, and I had a good nights sleep that was complimented by a cooked breakfast plus continental options of fruit, cereal, and pastries. Along with tea, coffee, and fruit juice to drink.

I STAYED FOR FOUR NIGHTS. I JUST BOOKED THE FIRST NIGHT AT A RATE, SO I DECIDED TO STAY 3 MORE NIGHTS. EVEN THOUGH I WAS IN THE SAME HOTEL, IN THE SAME ROOM, I HAD TO PAY £10 (£30 FOR THE 3 DAYS) EXTRA WHICH SEEMED A BIT OF A SWIZZ. HOWEVER, THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESS, THE FACILITIES WERE GOOD AND ATE THE BEST HOTEL BREAKFAST I'VE EVER HAD. SAUSAGE, BACON, TOMATO, EGGS, HASH BROWNS, BAKED BEANS, CEREALS, FRUIT, YOUGURT, CROISSANTS, BREADS, BUTTER (NOT MARGERINE) MUFFINS, TEAS, COFFEES, JUICES THE LIST GOES ON.

Stayed with family and the room was prepped well to accommodate. Amenities were all there as expected/clean room. The breakfast was lovely and very helpful staff. The only gripe was I was on the 5th floor and the lift didn't work. After a hectic day coming to check - in and then take those flight of stairs was strenuous to wife and kids. Otherwise the experience was very pleasant and would definitely choose again

I like that the breakfast is included in my stay. There are a variety of selection - from English breakfast and croissants to cereals. The coffee machine also brewed fresh beans every selection. The location is also another win for this hotel. It's right into the town center/high street. It's only walking distance to the markets, train station, and bus station.

This hotel at a great price with all the facilities you need, with a lovely self serving breakfast, with good quality food, great if you are vegan or vegetarian too. The hotel room was spacious and in great clean condition, still looking quite new and modern. This town centre hotel is excellent for its location, with all the shops and restaurants nearby.
